MedTour Global is a treatment coordination service operated by TMASI GmbH, Munich, Germany. We are not a hospital, clinic or medical practice, and we do not provide medical treatment.

Any treatment contract is concluded directly between you and the hospital that treats you. We coordinate the process around it.

You pay the hospital's listed price directly to the hospital. No markups, no hidden fees.

Prices shown or discussed before medical review are indicative and are confirmed by the treating hospital.

We do not collect or hold treatment payments, and we do not pre-fund treatment. All payment for treatment is settled between you and the hospital.

Information provided by us, on this website or by a coordinator, is not medical advice and does not replace the judgment of a licensed physician. Clinical decisions are made by the treating physicians.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information, for holding valid travel documents and any required visa, and for confirming your ability to pay the hospital before you travel.

We provide our coordination services with professional care. We are not liable for clinical outcomes, medical decisions or the performance of treatment by a hospital or physician.

Statutory liability, including for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health, remains unaffected.

These terms and our coordination services are governed by German law.
