MedTour Global is a brand operated by TMASI GmbH, Munich, Germany. TMASI GmbH is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

Identity and contact details: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country of residence and preferred contact method.

Health information you voluntarily share so that your case can be coordinated: your diagnosis, medical history, reports and the treatment you are seeking.

Basic technical data generated when you use this website, such as your browser type, approximate region and the pages you view.

We process your identity and contact details to respond to your enquiry and to coordinate treatment with partner hospitals. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

We process health information only with your explicit consent, Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw that consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place.

Partner hospitals and their treating departments under consideration for your case, so that a physician can review it and return options.

Service providers who support our coordination work, bound by confidentiality and instructed to process data only for us.

We never sell your data and never use it for marketing.

Some partner hospitals are outside the European Economic Area, including in Turkey, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Your data is transferred to such a hospital only with your consent and with appropriate safeguards in place for that transfer.

We keep your data only as long as needed to coordinate your case and to answer follow-up questions, or for as long as we are legally required to retain it. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to access your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data erased, to restrict processing, to receive your data in a portable form, to object to processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, write to operations@medtour.global. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
